Dear Parents/Carers
We would like to share a huge, warm welcome to all our new Reception and Nursery children who have joined us and have settled in to their new class and school. Also a positive welcome back to school for our year 1 children who we are very proud of for being so encouraging to their new friends. We hope you have enjoyed quality time with your children throughout the summer and are all refreshed and raring to go. We are really looking forward to a fun and exciting year together.
We will be learning from the National Curriculum areas for Year 1 and during this term we will focus on the themes of ‘How can I celebrate being me? and ‘How do I keep healthy?’
Our Nursery and Reception children will be learning through the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum in the following areas: Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Communication and language, Literacy, Physical development, Mathematics, Understanding the World and Expressive Arts and Design
